If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can simply return your order for a refund.
We accept returns on all orders as long as we receive your order back within 14 days of delivery for UK orders or within 21 days of delivery for international orders. Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent out (with tags still attached).
Refunds are for the full cost of the items in your return minus any postage charge. Customers must arrange return shipping and cover any return postage costs. We recommend using a reliable courier on a tracked shipping service.

Packages refused on delivery by the recipient will be returned to sender. These orders will be refunded minus the original shipping charge once the package has been returned to us.
Refused packages sent with DHL Express may incur an additional shipping fee to have the package returned to us.
